Who owns the data?

Put simply, you own your data. Safara follows industry-standard regulations and is strictly a data processor for guest and reservation data that your hotel, the data controller, shares with us. This means that if you decide to leave Safara, you can take your data with you. For any data that we collect in the Safara App related to your guests, we also make you a controller, so you have full access to use this Safara-generated data and take it with you.

What kind of data will I get about my guests?

Access valuable insights about your guests when they download the Safara App. You'll receive data about their hotel booking habits, like hotel stay frequency, nightly rate preferences, and mix of leisure vs. business travel. Guests can also input the occasion for their upcoming stay so you can tailor your hospitality and guest communications strategy accordingly.
