How do I get started with Safara 360?

  1. Provide your contact details via our website.
  2. Once you select your plan, we’ll invite you to your hotel’s Safara 360 dashboard where you can view account details, analytics, and onboarding tasks.
  3. Our onboarding team helps you connect your hotel.
  4. Once configured, you’ll start receiving commission-free bookings through the Safara app and guest data for every guest who downloads the Safara app.
What information do you need from our hotel to get set up?

For the digital experience and guest data, we need basic PMS account details. For commission-free demand, we need basic channel manager account details and property configuration details (room types and rates).

How does Safara get our rates?

What if our PMS or channel manager is not supported yet?

We aim to support all major PMS/channel managers. If yours is not on our supported list, reach out — we can evaluate integration feasibility or suggest interim solutions.

How long does onboarding usually take?

For a single property, onboarding usually takes around 10 business days (depending on how quickly the hotel provides required info).

Who can use the hotel dashboard within my property?

You can grant access to any staff member you choose — front-desk staff, revenue manager, operations, etc. Access permissions can be customized based on role.

Features & Functionality

What does “zero-commission demand” mean?

“Zero-commission demand” means guests can book rooms at your hotel through the Safara app or website, without you paying an OTA commission. Think of Safara as an incremental direct demand channel.

How will I receive guest data?

Enhanced guest data is provided prior to each stay via email to the recipient(s) of your choosing.

Is guest personal data secure? What about compliance / privacy?

Yes. Safara 360 treats data security and privacy as a top priority. We use encrypted data transfer, secure storage, and follow industry best practices for data protection. If needed, we can provide documentation to satisfy audits or compliance requirements.

If I stop using Safara 360, do I lose access to guest data?

No. You own the guest data for your bookers, and you do not lose access to previously shared data if you stop using our platform.
